Workforce Training Lead for Resilient Bradford (Adversity, Trauma and Resilience programme)

28 – 35 hours (0.8fte 1 FTE) £36,050p.a. pro rata  (+6.6% matched pension contribution)  

Seize a rare opportunity to make a lasting change to our district’s approach to trauma-informed practice and restorative supervision. 

You will lead a small dedicated team based in a progressive local charity and collaborating with international experts to deliver workforce training and establish best practices across statutory and third sectors. 

You will: 

  • Lead a small team (trainers and marketer) and have day to day responsibility for the programme and for maintaining relationships with local stakeholders, including those with lived experience of adversity and trauma. 
  • Lead the ATR Workforce Training and Learning Programme and be responsible for managing the delivery of the contract. 
  • Lead the research of restorative supervision practices in local organisations and practitioners across Bradford (workforce need, current provision, identify gaps and best practices => recommendations for delivery post March 2025). 
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure the TWR project contributes to the Bradford District ATR Strategy objectives  

Applicants should have: 

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in training delivery/programme management or other relevant fields 
  • Experience delivering training and knowledge of trauma informed practices 
  • Ability to gather and analyse data and present findings to multiple audiences 
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure 

A standard DBS check will be required for the successful applicant
