ATR: Staff Wellbeing and Reflective Practice Survey

Estimated time to complete: 5–8 minutes

The Adversity, Trauma and Resilience (ATR) Workforce Development Project is a Bradford-wide initiative hosted by Bradford Trident and funded by Bradford Public Health. We work with organisations across the district to increase understanding of adversity and trauma and to support more trauma-informed, resilient services for both staff and the people they work with.

As part of this work, we provide workforce training, develop practical tools and resources, and collaborate with local partners to explore ways organisations can strengthen staff wellbeing and reflective practice.

This short survey will help inform the development of a Restorative Wellbeing Guide for Staff, which aims to provide practical guidance and a wellbeing “menu” that organisations can use to support staff, supervision, and psychologically safe workplaces across Bradford.

The survey takes around 5 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous and will be analysed in summary form only. Individuals and organisations will not be identifiable in any reports. You are welcome to skip any questions you prefer not to answer.

Your experience and perspective are important in helping shape practical support for staff working in demanding roles. Thank you for taking the time to contribute.
