The National Careers Service have now finalised our ‘Open to All’ Zoom Workshop Programme for July
- The National Careers Service are running the majority of our most popular workshops again in July including a new workshop aimed at customers who are considering joining up.
!!NEW!! Armed Forces Applications will cover the application process for the British Army, Royal Navy and the RAF.
- The National Careers Service have also had requests for more support for customers who are considering becoming Self Employed. So are running this workshop again in July.
This will help customers understand the different types of business and self employment. Identify the skills and attributes required. Assess their own skills and the options for self-employment including sole traders.
- APPLICATIONS GALORE!!
They are running again workshops to support people wanting to apply for roles in the local Councils, NHS and the Civil Service
- Plus our ever popular Interview Skills, CV Master Class and Experience Matters (for those aged 40 and over) focussing on transferable skills and career decisions.
- And finally, they know there are amazing Kickstart Opportunities out there but some of our young people are applying for these or apprenticeships or jobs and not being successful.
For those who are downhearted because they have tried and not managed to secure a position they have Kickstart – Seal the Deal.
Please note as there may be cross over in some content between workshops please do not ask to book customers into more than one workshop.
Once a customer has accessed the service their careers adviser will ensure any further support needs are addressed.
